How do I gain access to Lune Auto Trader?
You need to purchase a Lune Auto Trader license. Once your purchase is complete, you will be redirected to a download page and provided with your personal license key.
This license key is required to activate and run the software.
I didn’t receive my license key. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk inbox for your confirmation email. If you still haven’t received your license key within 1 hour, contact us at [email protected] and provide your order details or the email used at checkout.
Can I share my license key with others?
No. Each license key is tied to your personal subscription and account. Sharing it may lead to deactivation of your access and permanent suspension from the platform.

What is Lune Auto Trader?
Lune Auto Trader is a proprietary software that connects TradingView strategies to our supported platforms and automates trading decisions in real-time. It supports:
Unlimited strategies and alerts
Advanced risk and order handling
Prop firm rules
Holidays and news filters
Robust security and multi-account execution
It is compatible with Lune Automated Strategies and any TradingView strategy that supports TradingView alerts.
Does it work with prop firms?
Yes. Lune Auto Trader is specifically built to be prop firm–friendly and includes features that help meet firm requirements, including strict risk parameters, daily trading windows, and advanced filters.
Can I use it with my own TradingView strategy?
Yes! As long as your strategy includes specific TradingView alerts for trade entries and exits, you can integrate it with Lune Auto Trader. You will need to manually configure the alert messages and webhook from the software's Strategy Instructions window.
Does it support all markets?
Yes. Lune Auto Trader works with any market or instrument supported by our platforms, including stocks, crypto, futures, forex, options, indices, and bonds.
Does it repaint or lag?
No. Lune Auto Trader does not repaint or delay trade execution. It executes trades instantly based on confirmed TradingView alerts using secure low-latency systems.
How do I update Lune Auto Trader?
Updates are released directly through the platform. You will be notified via the dashboard or email when a new version is available.
To update:
Download the latest version from the link provided
Replace the old version
Done!
Common Errors
Why aren't my alerts triggering trades?
Make sure to follow the guide here.
Why is nothing happening after I click Start?
Make sure:
At least one strategy is selected and properly configured.
The strategy is assigned to a valid instrument and contract size.
Trading hours and filters (news, holidays, time-based) aren’t unintentionally preventing trades.
Why is my strategy not showing any trades or performance results?
Strategy Settings Are Too Strict: Your filter settings or signal thresholds within the TradingView strategy might be too restrictive for the current market conditions, preventing any signals from being generated.
Order Size Is Not Configured Correctly: For some markets your TradingView Strategy's "Properties" settings must bet set to "Quantity". If its set to something else then it may not work. For example in the Futures it does not take any trades unless you set the Order Size to "Quantity".
Trades Are Not Executing on my Account
If your TradingView alerts are firing but no trades are appearing, check the following:
Check the alert settings on TradingView: Ensure your alert message is set to
{{strategy.order.alert_message}}
and that your webhook url is correctly set. If it still does not try creating the alert again.Incorrect Account Name: The account name in Lune Auto Trader must exactly match the name in your trading platform. For example,
Account1
is different fromaccount1
. Account names are case-sensitive.Platform Connection: Ensure your trading platform is properly connected. For NinjaTrader, the application must be running locally. For API-based platforms like Tradovate or ProjectX, ensure your API keys are correct and active.
Incorrect Webhook/Alert Messages: The alert messages in your TradingView strategy must be copied exactly from the instructions provided within Lune Auto Trader for your specific strategy configuration. Refer to our Automate TradingView Strategies Guide.
Subscriptions & Billing
How does billing work?
After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation email with setup instructions
Billing renews automatically at your chosen plan’s interval (monthly, quarterly, annually)
You can manage or cancel anytime through your account
How do I upgrade my subscription?
If you'd like to upgrade your subscription, you can reach out to us directly via email at [email protected] or use our live chat support on the website.
Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a custom coupon code that you can use at checkout to upgrade your plan at the correct prorated price. This ensures your upgrade is processed accurately based on your current subscription.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
Visit our Pricing Page, select your plan, and log in with the same email you used previously.
Will my subscription price change?
No, your subscription price remains locked as long as you keep the plan active. Discounts from promo codes apply to the first billing cycle only.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by:
Logging in and managing your plan through the Manage Account page
Legacy Account Management Page
Emailing [email protected]
There are no cancellation fees. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
