Access
How do I gain access to the Lune Indicators Suite?
You need an active Lune Premium or Lune Pro subscription. After subscribing, follow these steps:
Access the Connect Panel You’ll be redirected automatically after your purchase. You can also access it by checking your emails.
Connect your TradingView account Enter your TradingView username under "Lune Indicators Suite - TradingView Access" and click "Set" then "Claim Indicators". Ensure there are no typos in your username.
Confirm access Once connected, refresh your TradingView. You’ll find the indicators under the "Invite-Only Scripts" section.
If you run into issues, contact us at [email protected] with your TradingView or Discord username.

Why don’t I have access yet?
First, make sure you followed these steps:
You’ve connected your correct TradingView username in the Connect Panel.
You’ve saved your username after submitting it.
You’ve waited at least 10–15 minutes for TradingView to update access.
Still don’t see the strategies? Try the following:
Refresh your TradingView browser tab or log out and back in.
Make sure you're logged into the same TradingView account that you connected.
Look under the Invite-Only Scripts section in the TradingView indicators list.
If none of the above work, please email [email protected] with your TradingView username.
How long does it take to get access after purchasing?
Access is granted instantly once your TradingView username is submitted correctly via the Connect Panel.
However, in some rare cases:
It may take 5–10 minutes if your TradingView account was newly created.
It may take up to 1 hour during system load or sync delays.
How do I find my TradingView username?
Sign in at TradingView.com
Go to your profile settings
Your username will be displayed near the top

How do I update my TradingView indicator?
Refresh your TradingView browser or app.
Remove the old indicator from your chart.
Re-add it from the Invite-Only Scripts list.
The latest version will now be applied.

Does it repaint?
No. All signals from Lune Indicators are non-repainting. Signals are confirmed on closed candles only.
What timeframes are supported?
All timeframes. You can use the tools for:
Scalping (e.g., 1m, 5m)
Day Trading (e.g., 15m, 1H)
Swing Trading (e.g., 4H, Daily)
Long-Term Analysis (e.g., Weekly, Monthly)
Do I need a TradingView subscription?
No. A free TradingView account is sufficient to use the Lune Indicators Suite.
Are these beginner friendly?
Yes. The interface is clean, and each feature is designed for usability. Beginners can start using the tools right away, and experienced traders can leverage more advanced configuration.
When is a signal confirmed?
All signals are confirmed only after the current candle closes. Alerts and Discord notifications are triggered on confirmed signals only.
Use “Once per bar close” when setting TradingView alerts.
Can I get buy/sell signals?
Yes. You can set custom alerts to receive both Buy and Sell signals via TradingView’s alert system.
Can I use the indicators on mobile?
Yes. Download the TradingView mobile app (iOS or Android), log in to your account, and your indicators will be available under “Invite-Only Scripts.”
What if I’m new to trading?
You can use Lune Indicators as a beginner. Many users start by combining the indicators with paper trading (demo accounts) before going live.
Are the indicators guaranteed to work?
Lune Indicators are powerful tools, but no indicator can guarantee accuracy or success. They are meant to be used as part of a larger trading framework.
What are the best settings?
There’s no one-size-fits-all setting. Customize the indicators to match your trading style. Use the built-in tools to filter for higher quality setups that align with your strategy.
What is the accuracy of the signals?
We do not publish specific win rates. Our tools are designed to assist with confluence and confirmation, not to act as standalone entry systems. Performance varies based on usage and market conditions.
What platforms are supported?
Lune Indicators are designed exclusively for TradingView, the leading charting platform for retail traders.
Common Errors
"Study_not_auth" error?
This means you don’t have access to the script. To resolve:
Ensure you entered the correct TradingView username in the Connect Panel
Refresh your TradingView
If the issue persists, contact [email protected]
"Internal Server Study" error?
TradingView sometimes struggles to process complex scripts during peak load times. Try:
Toggling settings
Hiding and unhiding the indicator
Reducing visible features
"Memory limits exceeded" error?
This is caused by TradingView memory caps, often on sub-1-minute timeframes. We recommend using 1-minute or higher timeframes to avoid this issue.
Subscriptions & Billing
How does the subscription work?
After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation email with setup instructions
Billing renews automatically at your chosen plan’s interval (monthly, quarterly, annually)
You can manage or cancel anytime through your account
How do I upgrade my subscription?
If you'd like to upgrade your subscription, you can reach out to us directly via email at [email protected] or use our live chat support on the website.
Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a custom coupon code that you can use at checkout to upgrade your plan at the correct prorated price. This ensures your upgrade is processed accurately based on your current subscription.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
Visit our Pricing Page, select your plan, and log in with the same email you used previously.
Will my subscription price change?
No, your subscription price remains locked as long as you keep the plan active. Discounts from promo codes apply to the first billing cycle only.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by:
Logging in and managing your plan through the Manage Account page
Legacy Account Management Page
Emailing [email protected]
There are no cancellation fees. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
