How do I gain access to Lune Trading?

  1. Sign up for Lune Trading (https://lunetrading.com/#pricing)

  2. Then you have to access the Connect Panel:

    • You should have been automatically redirected to this page after purchasing your subscription.

    • Alternatively, you can access the Connect Panel by checking the emails we sent you. Look for an "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT" button to connect your accounts and get instant access. If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk inbox. Please note that it may take up to 1 hour to receive the activation email.

  3. After accessing the Connect Panel, you'll need to connect your TradingView account to gain instant access to our indicators. To do so, simply type your TradingView username into the designated "Get access on TradingView" section (ensuring no typos or errors), then click "Save". By completing this step, you should instantly gain access to our Premium TradingView indicators.

If you are experiencing difficulties, please email support@lunetrading.com with your TradingView or Discord usernames, and our support team will grant you full access within 6 hours.

Why don't I have access yet?

Make sure the username you used to connect your TradingView account is correct. If so, refresh your browser/app and then check your indicators menu on TradingView again.

If you just created a TradingView account when you signed up for Lune Trading, it may take 5–10 minutes to be indexed in TradingView's user base.

If you have not received access within an hour please send an email to support@lunetrading.com with your TradingView username and our support team will grant you full access within 6 hours.

How long does it take to get access after purchasing?

If you provided your correct TradingView username at checkout, it should be instant; however, please allow the system up to an hour to grant you access.

How do I find my TradingView username?

  1. Sign into your account at: https://www.tradingview.com

  2. Once signed in visit this link: https://www.tradingview.com/u/#settings-profile

  3. Your TradingView username should now be visible

How do I update my TradingView indicator?

To update your TradingView Indicator you need to:

  1. Refresh your browser or mobile app to ensure you have the latest version of TradingView.

  2. Remove the outdated indicator from your chart by clicking on the 'x' icon next to the indicator's name in the upper left corner of the chart.

  3. Add the updated indicator by clicking on the "Indicators" icon (or pressing the "/" key as a shortcut) and navigating to the "invite-only scripts" section.

  4. Select the updated indicator from your invite-only indicators list, and it will be applied to your chart.

The latest version of the indicator should now appear on your chart, providing you with the most up-to-date features and improvements.

Does it work with Stocks, Forex or Cryptos?

Lune Trading's indicators work on all stocks, cryptos, indices, forex, futures, currencies, ETFs, energy, and commodities. You can also use our indicators to assist you in forex-funded trader programs.

Does this indicator(s) Repaint?

No, our indicator(s) DOES NOT Repaint! All of our indicator signals are live and real.

What timeframe does it work with?

All of them! The tools we provide are fully customizable and can fit any style of trading. 1m, 5m, 30m, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W, etc. You can utilize our indicators for investing, scalping, day trading, swing trading, or even for trading options.

Does this indicator work with a free TradingView Account?

Yes, you can use Lune Trading's Indicators with a free TradingView account. A TradingView subscription is not required.

Is this friendly for beginners?

Yes, our tools are easy for beginners to use, regardless of their trading experience. So, if you're new to trading you can certainly use our tools with ease.

When is a signal confirmed?

Lune Trading's Premium indicators confirm signals only when the candle is closed. Though a signal or label might show up on your chart, it remains unconfirmed until the candle is closed and the next one is initiated.

Our discord bots won't notify you of any signals until confirmation. When setting alerts for Lune Trading's Premium indicator signals on TradingView, always choose "Once per bar close" to avoid false alarms.

Can I receive buy and sell signals?

Yes, TradingView offers live, instant alerts for both buying and selling, allowing you to set up customized notifications tailored to your trading needs.

Can I use it on my mobile phone?

Yes, it can be installed on any device (iOS and Android).

Download the TradingView app on your phone, then log in with your account/username and start using our indicators wherever you go.

If I'm completely new to trading, can I use the indicators?

Yes, you don’t need much experience to understand the signals provided by the algorithms of our indicators.

If you're completely new to trading, we recommend starting with a demo trading account until you become familiar with how everything works.

How can I trust that your indicators really work?

All of our indicators are designed to assist you in analyzing the market and have been used by many successful traders. However, it's essential to remember that these tools should be incorporated into a comprehensive trading strategy and not relied upon blindly. Combining our indicators with your unique approach can help you make more informed decisions in the market.

How do I update the indicator?

To update the indicator, follow these steps:

  1. Refresh your TradingView on your browser or mobile app.

  2. Remove the indicator from your chart.

  3. Re-add it from your invite-only indicators.

The latest version of the indicator should now appear on your chart.

Can I win every trade using this?

There is no magic solution or "algorithm" that can predict markets with 100% accuracy. Guaranteeing a specific level of accuracy in forecasting market movements is simply not possible.

What are the best settings?

It's technically impossible to identify the "best" settings, as everyone has a unique trading style. However, it is possible to find settings that align with your strategy. The signals provided are intended to be used in conjunction with a comprehensive strategy. Your goal should be to develop a robust strategy and utilize our tools and features to filter out low-quality setups while focusing on high-quality ones.

What is the accuracy?

We cannot provide a specific win rate for our signals given how they were designed and their intended use.

We offer two signal modes: Confirmation (most popular) and Contrarian. These are designed to complement users' trading styles by forming confluence with your technical analysis. It's crucial to understand that our signals are not meant to be followed blindly. Always remember, past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

When is a signal confirmed?

In the Lune Trading Premium TradingView indicators, a signal is deemed confirmed only after the candle has closed. This means a signal or label might appear on your chart during the duration of a candle, but it's only officially confirmed once that candle closes and the next one begins.

What trading platforms are supported?

At present, TradingView is the sole trading platform we support. It stands out as the largest provider of trading indicators, charts, and complimentary market analysis tools.

Common Errors - FAQ

Why am I getting a "Study_not_auth" error?

This error message occurs when a user does not have access to the indicator. If you've already registered your TradingView username using our Connect Panel page that you gained access to after purchasing a Lune Trading subscription then:

  1. Refresh your browser or app.

  2. Ensure you're logged in to the TradingView profile you entered.

If the issue persists, email support@lunetrading.com with your TradingView username, and access will be granted within 6 hours.

For those who haven't signed up with us, this error appears when attempting to add our premium indicators to your chart. To gain instant access, click here.

Why am I getting an "Internal Server Study" error?

This error typically occurs when TradingView struggles to handle script loads under high traffic. It can appear when a large number of features are enabled. To potentially fix the issue, try changing settings within the indicators or hiding/unhiding the script, which will prompt a recalculation.

We are continually working to improve the performance of our toolkit and suite to minimize such issues.

Why am I getting the "Memory limits exceeded. The study allocates X times more than allowed" error?

This error typically arises when a TradingView study surpasses the memory limit set by TradingView. Unfortunately, this error cannot be directly prevented and is commonly encountered when using timeframes below 1 minute.

We recommend users stick to 1-minute or higher timeframes to prevent potential errors when using our premium toolkits.

Subscriptions - FAQ

How does your subscription service work?

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your subscription to our service. This email will also provide additional information on accessing Lune Trading's indicators and managing your account and subscription.

Automatic renewal and billing will occur based on the duration of your membership, with payments continuing until the service is canceled.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

To reactivate a subscription you've previously cancelled, simply visit our pricing page and purchase your desired plan again. When prompted, ensure you login using the email associated with your previous subscription.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account HERE

  2. Click on your account, then click on your membership and select 'Edit Subscription'.

  3. From here, choose your preferred upgraded plan from the blue drop-down menu, view the prorated charge, and click 'Update Subscription' to finalize the process.

Will the price of my subscription ever change?

Your subscription price will remain unchanged as long as you stay subscribed, preserving the original rate even if future prices increase.

Please note that coupons used on LuneTrading.com are only applicable to the initial subscription period, and future billing will occur at the full subscription price.

Do you offer a free trial?

How do I cancel?

Cancel your subscription anytime by either:

  1. Clicking 'Sign In' on our website, and managing your subscription.

  2. Reaching out to support@lunetrading.com for a cancelation request (response within 6 hours).

Upon cancellation, you will retain access for the remainder of the plan you purchased, and there will be no further charges.
