Supply/Demand Zones

Overview

Supply/Demand Zones are pivotal areas on a chart where historical supply (selling pressure) and demand (buying pressure) have significantly influenced price movements. These zones are crucial for traders as they provide insights into areas of strong support (demand) and resistance (supply), enabling more strategic and informed trading decisions. Understanding these zones helps traders to identify where significant price action has occurred and is likely to occur again, offering a roadmap of potential future market behavior.

Advanced Activity

The Advanced Activity feature within Supply/Demand Zones offers a deeper analysis of the market dynamics within these zones. It enables users to decipher the level of activity and significance of the volume within these zones. A 'Low' volume in a Supply/Demand Zone may suggest that it is less significant, possibly indicating that major players or institutions are not actively engaged at these levels. Conversely, a 'High' volume denotes a zone of considerable significance, where substantial trading activity has historically taken place. This feature also incorporates a strength meter, visually representing the robustness of a Supply/Demand Zone. A thin meter indicates a weaker zone, while a wider meter signifies a stronger, more influential zone.
