How do I gain access to Lune Auto Trader?
You need an to purchase a Lune Auto Trader license. Once your purchase is complete, you will be redirected to a download page and provided with your personal license key.
This license key is required to activate and run the software.
I didn’t receive my license key. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk inbox for your confirmation email. If you still haven’t received your license key within 1 hour, contact us at [email protected] and provide your order details or the email used at checkout.
Can I share my license key with others?
No. Each license key is tied to your personal subscription and account. Sharing it may lead to deactivation of your access and permanent suspension from the platform.

What is Lune Auto Trader?
Lune Auto Trader is a proprietary software that connects TradingView strategies to NinjaTrader or Tradovate and automates trading decisions in real-time. It supports:
Unlimited strategies and alerts
Advanced risk and order handling

Robust security and multi-account execution
It is compatible with Lune Automated Strategies and any TradingView strategy that supports alert()
functions.
Does it work with prop firms?
Yes. Lune Auto Trader is specifically built to be prop firm–friendly and includes features that help meet firm requirements, including strict risk parameters, daily trading windows, and advanced filters.
Can I use it with my own TradingView strategy?
Yes. As long as your strategy includes alert()
functions for trade entries and exits, you can integrate it with Lune Auto Trader. You will need to manually configure the alert messages and webhook from the software's Strategy Instructions window.
Does it support all markets?
Yes. Lune Auto Trader works with any market or instrument supported by NinjaTrader or Tradovate, including stocks, crypto, futures, forex, options, indices, and bonds.
Does it repaint or lag?
No. Lune Auto Trader does not repaint or delay trade execution. It executes trades instantly based on confirmed TradingView alerts using secure low-latency systems.
How do I update Lune Auto Trader?
Updates are released directly through the platform. You will be notified via the dashboard or email when a new version is available.
To update:
Download the latest version from the link provided
Replace the old version
Reuse your existing license key to activate
Common Errors
Why aren't my alerts triggering trades?
Make sure you pasted the correct alert messages into the respective
alert()
fields in TradingView.In the alert creation window, under Condition, select:
alert() function calls only
.Ensure the Webhook URL from Strategy Instructions is copied exactly and enabled in your alert settings.
Check that your account is connected and in an active "Start" state within the Lune Auto Trader dashboard.
Why is nothing happening after I click Start?
Make sure:
At least one strategy is selected and properly configured.
The strategy is assigned to a valid instrument and contract size.
Trading hours and filters (news, holidays, time-based) aren’t unintentionally preventing trades.

How does billing work?
When you purchase Lune Auto Trader, you:
Pay a one-time fee for lifetime access to the software
Are charged a small $50/month fee that helps us cover server costs
This $50/month fee is critical for keeping the platform operational. It supports real-time execution, alert processing with near-zero latency, and long-term platform sustainability.
Why is there a $50 monthly fee if I already paid once?
While your license lasts forever, the $50/month ensures we can continue running Lune Auto Trader’s back-end systems. Servers are expensive, and our platform relies on enterprise-grade infrastructure to:
Process unlimited alerts with near-zero delay
Manage real-time executions securely
Ensure high uptime for NinjaTrader/Tradovate integrations
Without this small fee, we risk having to shut down the service over time.
Is the monthly fee optional?
No. The $50 monthly maintenance fee is mandatory for continued platform access and support. It helps sustain platform performance and ensures all users benefit from continued improvements and stability.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
If you'd like to upgrade your subscription, you can reach out to us directly via email at [email protected] or use our live chat support on the website.
Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a custom coupon code that you can use at checkout to upgrade your plan at the correct prorated price. This ensures your upgrade is processed accurately based on your current subscription.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
Visit our Pricing Page, select your plan, and log in with the same email you used previously.
Will my subscription price change?
No, your subscription price remains locked as long as you keep the plan active. Discounts from promo codes apply to the first billing cycle only.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by:

There are no cancellation fees. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
