Signal Details

Overview

Lune AI Signals provides precise, data-driven trading signals for stocks and ETFs using advanced machine learning algorithms. These signals are designed to assist traders in making informed trading decisions. This document outlines the process of signal generation, types of entry and exit signals, and the importance of stop loss and take profit levels. It also covers the accuracy and reliability of the signals provided.

Signal Generation Process

Lune AI Signals leverages proprietary machine learning models to analyze large volumes of market data. The signal generation process includes:

  • Data Collection: Historical and real-time market datasets.

  • Data Analysis: Machine learning models are applied to identify patterns and trends within the data.

  • Signal Generation: Actionable trading signals are produced based on the analyzed data and sent out in real-time to users.

Entry and Exit Signals

Entry Signals: These signals indicate the optimal time to enter a trade.

  • Enter Long: Suggests buying an asset with the expectation of a price increase.

  • Enter Short: Suggests selling an asset with the expectation of a price decrease.

Exit Signals: These signals indicate the optimal time to exit a trade.

  • Partial Long Exit / Partial Short Exit: Indicates that part of the position should be closed when a certain profit level is achieved.

  • Hold Long / Hold Short: Suggests continuing to hold the position after a partial exit.

  • Long Exit - Target Hit / Short Exit - Target Hit: Indicates that the target price has been reached, suggesting it's time to secure profits.

  • Long Exit - Stop Loss / Short Exit - Stop Loss: Indicates that the stop loss level has been triggered, suggesting it's time to exit the trade to prevent further losses.

  • Exit Long - Early / Exit Short - Early: Indicates an early exit from the trade, either to secure profits or cut losses based on current market conditions.

Stop Loss and Take Profit Levels

  • Stop Loss: A predefined level at which a trade will be closed to prevent further losses. It minimizes risk by limiting the potential loss on a trade.

  • Target Price: A predefined level at which a trade will be closed to secure profits. It locks in gains once the asset reaches a favorable price.

Signal Accuracy and Reliability

AI Confidence: Each signal comes with an AI Confidence score, presented as a percentage. This score reflects the likelihood of the signal's success based on historical data and current market conditions.

Signal Accuracy Metrics:

  • Entry Price: The suggested price for entering the trade.

  • Current Price: The real-time price of the asset at the time the signal is generated.

  • Performance: Metrics indicating the time and success of the signal in achieving target prices or triggering stop losses.

Signal Reliability:

  • Signals are continuously monitored and updated based on real-time data to ensure high accuracy.

  • Historical performance data of signals is tracked and available for users to review, providing transparency and confidence in the signal's reliability.
