1. Become a Lune Trading member

The first step to accessing our tools is to purchase a Lune Trading Premium subscription. If you haven't already, you can do so by visiting lunetrading.com/#pricing. If you already have an active Lune Trading Premium subscription, you can skip this step.

2. Create your TradingView Account

Next, you need to create a TradingView account. This step is mandatory because our indicators and tools are hosted on TradingView, and you cannot access them without an account. You can create one by visiting tradingview.com. If you already have a TradingView account, you can skip this step.

How to create a TradingView account?

Creating a TradingView account is a straightforward process. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Visit the TradingView Website: Go to tradingview.com in your web browser.

2. Sign Up: On the TradingView homepage, you'll find a "User" button, usually located at the top right of the page. Click this button and then click "Sign in"

   
3. Fill in Your Details: You'll be asked to provide some basic information. This typically includes your username, email address, and password. Please make sure to remember your username as you will need it in order to receive access to our indicators.

4. Verify Your Email: After you've entered your details, you'll likely be asked to verify your email address. To do this, check your email for a message from TradingView and click the link provided to confirm that the email address is yours.

5. Start Using TradingView: Once your profile is set up, you can start using TradingView!

Please note that you do not need a TradingView subscription to use or access our indicators.

3. Connect your TradingView Account

Next, you need to connect your TradingView account in our Connect Panel (also known as account activation). This step grants you instant access to our TradingView indicators. To do this, simply:

1. Enter your TradingView username into the "Get access on TradingView" section (make sure to double-check your username for typos and errors).

2. Click "Save".

You should now have received instant access to our Premium TradingView indicators.

How do I access the Connect Panel?

• You should have been automatically redirected to this page after purchasing your subscription.

• Alternatively, you can access the Connect Panel by checking the emails we sent you. Look for an "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT" button to connect your accounts and get instant access. If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk inbox. Please note that it may take up to 1 hour to receive the activation email.

How do I find my TradingView username?

1. Sign into your account at: https://www.tradingview.com

2. Once signed in visit this link: https://www.tradingview.com/u/#settings-profile

3. Your TradingView username should now be visible

If you are experiencing difficulties, please email [e-mail] with your TradingView or Discord usernames, and our support team will grant you full access within 6 hours.

4. Adding the indicator(s) to your chart

Once you have been given access, make sure to refresh your page. To add our Premium TradingView indicators to your chart on TradingView, follow these steps:

1. Open TradingView and navigate to the chart you want to customize.

2. Locate the toolbar at the top of the chart. Click on the "Indicators" icon or press the "/" key as a shortcut.

   
3. When the search box appears with a list of popular indicators, you need to navigate to the "invite-only scripts" section. This is where you will find our Premium TradingView indicators that are exclusive to our Lune Trading Premium subscribers. Select the desired indicator to apply it to your chart and customize its settings as needed.

   
4. Look for the list of all our Premium TradingView indicators (all of our indicators have "LUNE" in their name). Click on the desired indicator to apply it to your chart. The indicator will be applied immediately, and you can customize its settings by clicking on the gear icon next to the indicator's name in the upper left corner of the chart. This allows you to tailor the indicator to your specific trading needs and preferences.

   
5. If you wish to add more indicators, repeat steps 2-4.

5. Optional - Setup your chart

That's it, you're done! Congratulations! The final step is entirely optional, but if you'd like, you can customize your TradingView chart to make it look better and suit your preferences. Feel free to explore the various customization options available on TradingView to create a personalized trading experience.

How do I gain access to Lune Trading?

1. Sign up for Lune Trading (https://lunetrading.com/#pricing)

2. Then you have to access the Connect Panel:

   • You should have been automatically redirected to this page after purchasing your subscription.

   • Alternatively, you can access the Connect Panel by checking the emails we sent you. Look for an "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT" button to connect your accounts and get instant access. If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk inbox. Please note that it may take up to 1 hour to receive the activation email.

3. After accessing the Connect Panel, you'll need to connect your TradingView account to gain instant access to our indicators. To do so, simply type your TradingView username into the designated "Get access on TradingView" section (ensuring no typos or errors), then click "Save". By completing this step, you should instantly gain access to our Premium TradingView indicators.

Why don't I have access?​

Make sure the username you used to connect your TradingView account is correct. If so, refresh your browser/app and then check your indicators menu on TradingView again.

If you just created a TradingView account when you signed up for Lune Trading, it may take 5–10 minutes to be indexed in TradingView's user base.

If you have not received access within an hour please send an email to [e-mail] with your TradingView username and our support team will grant you full access within 6 hours.

How long does it take to get access after purchasing?

If you provided your correct TradingView username at checkout, it should be instant; however, please allow the system up to an hour to grant you access.

How do I find my TradingView username?

1. Sign into your account at: https://www.tradingview.com

2. Once signed in visit this link: https://www.tradingview.com/u/#settings-profile

3. Your TradingView username should now be visible

Why am I getting a "Study_not_auth" error?

This error message occurs when a user does not have access to the indicator. If you've already registered your TradingView username using our Connect Panel page that you gained access to after purchasing a Lune Trading subscription then:

1. Refresh your browser or app.

2. Ensure you're logged in to the TradingView profile you entered.

If the issue persists, email [e-mail] with your TradingView username, and access will be granted within 6 hours.

For those who haven't signed up with us, this error appears when attempting to add our premium indicators to your chart. To gain instant access, click here.
